"Very kind and helpful employess. Very good Room and facilities. The only things that wasn t great was the old Air conditioner, noite and very close to the bed. I recomend the place"

"Hotel muito bem localizado e perto de tudo mesmo. Dá para fazer tudo a pé. Ótimos shopings, restaurantes e compras. Hotel com uma ampla sacada e vista muito boa para o centro da cidade e do canal e campo de golfe. O único defeito seria (injustamen- te) é ter um grande vaso “coletor” da água do ar condicionado... e ser um pouco barulhento"

"This is our “go to” hotel in Waikiki. The only complaint was that we were told at registration that we had a $100 credit we could use at the bar, which we used, only to to find out that we had to pay for all our bar charges when I checked my receipt when we got back home. I called Embassy Suite and was told that the $100 credit was for “incidental credit” that I don’t understand. Would be nice for Embassy Suite management to reach out to me and elaborate."

"清掃はかなり行き届いていたのですが、キッチンに小さなゴキブリが数匹いました。wifiはよく繋がったのですが、TVはリモコンが悪いのか？電源が入りませんでした。プール、サウナを利用しなかったのが心残りです。毎朝ラナイでの朝食が気持ち良く楽しみでした！Waikiki中心にも近く、スーパーもありお部屋で調理もしました。又、利用したいと思います。"
