"This unit is in essence a cozy hotel room in a great location - pretty easy to access not just Waikiki beach but also the less over-touristed Fort DeRussy park and beach and all the good spots along Kalakaua Ave (some excellent eateries, etc). The small outdoor balcony was a big plus. Street noise was not bad. The A/C worked OK.
