"Reservei um apartamento e no dia do check in o anfitrião mandou email nos mudando de quarto, a outra empresa nem sabia da nossa chegada e estava tudo sujo, não nos deram chave de acesso ao elevador, não tinha arrumação/limpeza diária como dizia na reserva original que teria, entre outros problemas que tivemos com a troca em cima da hora do apartamento por conta de Niko, a nova empresa não organizou nada para a nossa chegada e so tinhamos 3 dias em Honolulu, o que causou um grande transtorno,...

The pictures seem to be older and the property itself is in need of some updates; especially the patio/screen door which was extremely difficult to slide open and closed.
