Not a full set of silverware nor pots/pans dishes etc. Could use some cleaning around the baseboards. Cotton sheets would have been nice - breatheable at least. The microfiber sheets were too hot to sleep in. Cleaning washer and dryer before next gueats would have been nice. There was lint in dryer and hair in washer. The bed was not squarely on platform. When we sat on the end, it flipped up on us. Rug in the bathroom was dirty. Towels were worn and scratchy. I am certain we left the kitchen cleaner than when we got there. If a cleaning service was hired to clean before/after each guest that would be ideal. Some hooks on the wall for coats or towels would've been nice. Quality towels and bathroom rug would make a big difference.

Host was only contactable via my mates us phone. Not once did they respond to my mesages via the apps. Despite us having a black out and loosing internet for a couple of days. It's a good layout but i wouldn't want to stay there in summer as it was really stuffy and hot.

Had a great stay like the quite location and the rooster visits in the morning with coffee a nice walk to the beach two couples with our own spaces was nice unit was clean and had what we needed to prepare meals had a few issues with the frig the manager was nice to bring another smaller one even if it didn't work those things happen we had both spaces so we were able to manage suggestion would be reconfigure bed away from A/C unit the host was responsive and helpful we would book again

Our stay was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this property in its current condition. At the beginning of our stay, we were gone most of the evening and didnā€™t immediately notice how bad things were. However, as the weekend went on, we kept finding more and more issues, and it became clear that the property is extremely dirty and poorly maintained.Although the listing claimed that shampoo and soap were provided, the containers in the shower were filled with Dawn dish soap, which is completely unacceptable. Guests should plan to bring their own toiletries.The overall cleanliness was far below standard. Towels were old and dingy, the curtains were stained, and the mattress and pillows were heavily stained and long overdue for replacement. The dresser drawers were filthy and one was broken, leaving no clean or functional place to store clothing. Surfaces throughout the unit, including the entertainment center, dresser, and end tables, had not been wiped down.The kitchen was also problematic. Old, unsealed boxes of food in the cupboards had attracted a steady stream of ants. One of the plates in the cupboard was dirty, and the inside of the microwave had dried food stuck to it, so we didnā€™t use it at all. The washer was moldy.To make matters worse, the TV remote was missing, and the host did not respond when I reached out about it.This property needs a deep cleaning, replacement of worn and stained items, and better upkeep overall.

Can use some updating but over all nice! Great location. Walk to the beach was only about 10 minutes. Mattress was too soft needs to be replaced. Pillows were hard thin and very uncomfortable. Owners/managers were on it. Never had to wait to hear back from them. Always got a call or text within 10 minutes. I would stay there again!

This condo is located in a beautiful area. But it definitely needs an updo. The place needs to be painted and they need new towels. The towels smelled horrible. Also, the general cleanliness of the place was extremely poor. It needs a deep cleaning. There was mold in one of the closets and also in the washing machine. There were ants and cockroaches. Outlets were not safe. We reported this all these things to Verbo and they were good about refunding our money. We tried to get our cleaning deposit from the owner. She was very difficult to work with and accused us of lying. Anyways, for your personal comfort and safety we highly recommend you do not stay at this place.

Stay at turtle bay

Check in instructions are not sent until the day of. Host was mostly unresponsive. And only one parking stall if traveling with a group/multiple cars. Also, the key fob opens the pool as well as the gate to get into the condo area entrance. Found this out when the second time I used code to open the gate because I got no response about using only the code given for the gate at the entrance. The person who answered the phone continued to yell and use explicit words before opening the gate. Needs better check in and out details but stay was okay other than that.

Tranquil get away close to beach

Quiet, spacious, nicely equipped apt on beautiful grounds. Has 2 nice community pools and turtle bay resort very close by for free beach access, day pass avail for resort pool, several classes, activities. Yoga on the beach was great! Beautiful hike and another beach area just beyond golf course. Nice cafe onsite. Minutes drive to several beaches w/ great snorkeling. Very laid back does not feel remote. So much to do for whole family. Also nearby foodland w/ best poke! Shrimp and many other variety food trucks also close. N shore is definitely our fav, hope to be back soon!

We arrived and host didnā€™t know we were coming. Claimed it was VRBO cliche , but the local manager said it happens all the time. I messaged through the app a few hours before saying I had no instructions on how to get in. when we arrived I still had not heard anything so I got host phone number. They answered when I called, but the condo was dirty at 7 PM. They did come to clean it, but there was still hair in the bathroom shower. We finally got in the room at 8:30pm. There was a place setting for 4, a couple of pans, but for a condo for rent, I would say it was not stocked well for a family of 4.

North Shore Explore

Overall, this was a great option for myself and my husband (30s) traveling with my parents (60s). We didn't get any check in information or contact until the morning of, but we were able to get in ok. The place is clean, but could definitely use a deep clean. There's no place to hang anything in the smaller bathroom and no mat, so we used a towel. It was a great location for us to see the north shore and get to snorkel at Turtle Bay.

Towels and sheets do not feel clean because the washing machine is pretty dirty. I'm not sure where the cleaning fees go. This is the worst place I've been!

We had a wedding on the north shore and needed a place for the night. The room was perfect for our group of four. It is very spacious and clean. Check in was straightforward and our host was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again if I had a choice.

Perfect oasis to relax

Perfect place to stay with kids or another couple. Kitchen was well provisioned for cooking meals, beds were comfortable, and having the separate entry for the other studio was perfect for sharing with our early 20ā€™s son; he could come and go on his own time. Surrounding neighbors were friendly and helpful, pool was awesome, just the right temp. Vanessa was amazing, I forgot an item and she let me come back in to pick it up a few hours after we checked out.

Caveat Renter

Positives: location; price; cleanliness; attractive decor. Negatives: Safety, both bathrooms- no grab bars in either bathroom or shower stall (in small bath, shower curtain was held up by tension rod, so no help in a fall!). Small room: Electrical: not enough outlets; most existing ones were occupied, plus the one in the small bathroom was located immediately next to sink and not the type (not sure of terminology) that is code in other places to be near water. AC unit in small room is located at floor level below a deep shelf - it was not possible to reach it to turn it on/off without crawling on the floor and reaching under (w/arm extended completely). Small bedroom: drapes did not cover window wall completely, leaving gaps. This wall receives direct sun from sunrise until mid afternoon, which lets in extreme heat. Storage: not much, where to put your 'stuff' ?? - there are no shelves / dressers / drawers for clothes; 1 closet, large and mostly open, but few hangers (bring some!). In short - Unit(s) nicely decorated, but with little thought to functionality.
