On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious, light-filled living and dining area, as well as a guest WC and a storage room. The open-plan kitchen is modernly equipped and features an induction hob, an oven, and a steam oven. A fully automatic coffee machine ensures a great start to your day.

Outside, a terrace furnished with a dining table and lounge furniture invites you to relax and offers a magnificent view of Lake Attersee. Two large parasols provide ample shade at any time of day.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a separate WC. One of the bedrooms has a balcony and its own walk-in closet. Floor-to-ceiling windows in all bedrooms provide plenty of light and a beautiful view of the lake.

All windows in the house are equipped with automatic roller shutters.

The garage offers space for up to two cars. You can also store bicycles, strollers, and other items here.
