    The Space:

    Ocean breezes drift through open balcony doors, carrying the warmth of Banderas Bay into every corner of this Nuevo Vallarta condo. The Pacific coast sets the rhythm here - mornings spent with coffee on the patio, afternoons under the sun, and evenings cooling off by the pool before a home-cooked dinner. With shared beach access just steps away and a relaxed coastal setting surrounding you, this is the kind of place where time slows down in the best way.



    The space

    Spread across a single-level layout, this entire condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 bathrooms. A private entrance and keypad self check-in make arrival effortless - no waiting around, just drop your bags and head straight for the balcony. An elevator in the building adds to the ease of getting settled.



    Sleeping arrangements

    Three bedrooms offer flexible configurations for families or groups of friends traveling together. A closet in the room provides clothing storage to keep things organized, whether you're here for a quick coastal escape or a longer stay of 28 days or more - long-term stays are welcome.



    Kitchen & dining

    The full kitchen is well-stocked for everything from a quick breakfast before hitting the beach to a full dinner spread at home. You'll find a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses alongside cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Pull up a seat at the dining table and enjoy meals together without needing to head out every night.



    Bathrooms

    Both bathrooms include hot water, and the bathtub offers a welcome way to rinse off after a long day in the sun. Room-darkening shades, bed linens, towels, and essentials are all provided so you can pack light and settle in quickly.



    Outdoor living & amenities

    Your private patio or balcony is furnished and ready for open-air relaxing - morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply watching the tropical light change. The shared outdoor pool is open year-round, giving you a cool retreat whenever you need it. Shared beach access puts the sand and sea within easy reach, and paid resort access is available for guests who want to explore nearby resort facilities.



    Comfort & convenience

    Central air conditioning keeps the condo cool throughout the day, and Wifi and a TV ensure you stay connected and entertained when you're not out exploring. A free in-unit washer handles beach towels and vacation laundry with ease. Free parking on premises and free street parking mean you can come and go without hassle. Luggage drop-off is also available for guests arriving early or departing late.



    The neighborhood

    Nuevo Vallarta sits along the Pacific coast within Banderas Bay, offering miles of accessible shoreline and a warm, humid-tropical climate with average temperatures around 28°C year-round. The area is known for its calm beaches and relaxed pace - ideal for groups looking to spend time together along the coast, whether that means strolling the shoreline, exploring local dining, or simply soaking in the steady ocean breeze.



    Guest Access:

    Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



    It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



    Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



    The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



    Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



    Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



    The apartment is located on floor no.__6__ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



    The Neighborhood:

    It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



    Getting Around:

    There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.



    Other Things to Note:

    For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



    Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



    Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



    Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



    -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

    As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



    -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



    -The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20 * dlls extra per person per night.



    -The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.





    -No guests allowed



    -Pets are not allowed



    -No change of linens during your stay.



    -The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance.

    -It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



    -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



    -Electricity consumption

    Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



    Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

    The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
