Pontos positivos: Limpeza
Overall, below average for all-inclusive hotels I have been to in the last 20 years. It’s clean and the rooms were clean with comfortable beddings.
Problems:
1. Staffs were hit and miss. Some are nice but some are rude
2. We had a leaky toilet we reported the first day. No one came out to address the issue.
3. Shower water pressure was horrible, from all three bathrooms we had.
4. Never had a hot shower. No hot or even warm water came out of our faucets/showers.
5. Timeshare marketing. Please stop, no one wants to spend two hours of their valuable time while on a vacation
6. We went to the buffet every day, and they offered the same food every day. Very limited menu.
Good:
1. Comfortable beddings
2. Good sound proof room even being right next to the pool
Conclusion:
I don’t think I will stay there again and can’t recommend it to anyone I know. The hotel has no color or flavor. Nothing memorable, just a good hotel to sleep in.
