She charged me twice after already telling her I paid the booking and then followed up with a refund which could have been prevented if she had listened the first time and I have to wait for me to get my reimbursement back. "Staff member I encountered was sweet. Door was a bit of a pain to open initially. Possibly operator error. Bathroom had a beetle next to toilet. Floor was dirty. Our bare feet were dingy quickly, would recommend slippers/shoes. Halfway through night put hand under long grey pillow, that doubles as a headboard, & came out with sand and other unknown things. Since it sits on top of bedding I questioned if it had been changed. Room was quiet despite proximity to Central & I25. Was impressed...

"Staff welcoming, clean neat motel. Breakfast was adequate had coffee several choices on juice, waffles, yogurt, muffins and cereal. The retro look was neat. Even microwaves were retro. Room had microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Should I ever be in Silver City again will definitely stay at LuLu"
