Apartamentos em Novo México Central, NM

"Comfy bed, quiet neighborhood, very clean, and really kind and communicative host!"

"Not too much noise despite being close to main roads."

"Clean, safe and quiet. "

"We're so over noisy hotels with questionable cleanliness and cheap, ill-prepared breakfasts, so we decided to try a vrbo property for our quick trip to attend a local event. We weren't disappointed. The amenities were as advertised. The guest house was clean and well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed two quiet nights of sleep. The property wasn't far from the interstate and was gated, giving us peace of mind. There is a restaurant close by that served a tasty breakfast at a...

"Great spot if you need a place in Albuquerque it is essentially located so it's easy to get pretty much anywhere in town The owner was very courteous and responded to me in A matter of minutes"

"The place was super clean, and overall, we enjoyed our stay! The only things that could have been better were the communication regarding the security gate check-in process and the checkout cleaning instructions. I had to reach out by call/message to clarify those details. I was also surprised by the refundable security deposit, as that felt quite high. Aside from those things, the property itself was very clean."

"Host was very responsive and attentive. Overall a cute neighborhood with easy access to shopping, airport and atteactions."

"Better than a hotel. The manager was reachable for questions, like when we couldn’t get the door unlocked. It's a nondescript building with three units. The building looks sketchy from the outside, but it was lovely inside. It was homey. Had a coffee maker with coffee, tea, cream, sugar. There were pots, pans, silverware, dishes, everything you need to cook, which we did. Full size refrigerator. It has wide couch that could double as a bed. If two people are using the bed, one has to crawl over...

"This place is, as advertised, bizarre and beautiful. My wife and I loved it and will return whenever we visit our son a couple miles up the road. Being from Alaska, AC is very important to us and it worked perfectly for us. The beds were quite comfortable, all the furniture was comfortable, the TV was big and had a great picture, and the kitchen, while small had everything we needed. One caveat though. We would caution people with mobility/accessibility issues . There are uneven steps up or down...

"Taryn was friendly and generally responded in a timely way.My biggest beef was that the property was on the second floor. It was a walk-up with a flight of stairs.Normally, that wouldn't be a big deal at all.But when you're traveling for two weeks and have a LOT of luggage, it was a hassle.Worse, I'd recently had surgery. When the host didn't offer an alternative solution when I was checking out, I knocked on the door of a total stranger (downstairs). Fortunately, he kindly offered to carry my...

"We stayed here for a few days on a work trip. It had everything we needed. The water pressure was good."

"The apartment was very clean and well organized. It met all my needs. I appreciated being so close to the university and had access to great restaurants and other shopping. I appreciated the quick response from our host as she accommodated our specific needs. It was a wonderful location and having our own parking spot was a great convenience. "

"Fridge and toaster got plenty of use during my stay."

"Room was musty smelling and ac hummed all night. Other than that we enjoyed the stay."

"Property was unsatisfactory and created a terrible experience. Upon checking into the property, the first thing I noticed was that the window at the front of the unit by the door was shattered--in a very large circular pattern which typically happens when something is thrown at the window and it fractures out from the point of contact. The window was still there, but could fall apart and leave the unit open at any moment. As I walked into the property, there were numerous dead roaches and other...

"Clean quiet spot"

"I needed a short rest before continuing my trip. The room had air conditioning and a soft queen bed that helped me unwind after driving for hours."

"Great location, well stocked and welcoming."

"The apartment was clean, comfortable and safe, with all the amenities needed. Its very close to Albuquerque Old Town, and easy to get to stores and the freeway. Wonderful and responsive host. I will stay there again!."
