Novigrad has preserved the charm of a small and quiet fishing village, but the variety of gastronomic and recreational offers makes it one of the most popular holiday places in Istria.

On enclosed property of 170 sqm, guests have a pool of 20 sqm, 5 sun loungers, garden furniture and a parking space at their disposal.

The owners live on the first floor and have a separate entrance.



Apartment Boutique is set on the ground floor and has a living area of 85 sqm, it is suitable for 4-5 guests and consists of living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, double bedroom with extra bed, bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
