"We had a very nice stay and will return. It was surprisingly quiet at night, considering the location on Geary. Parking was easy - we were able to drive out to dinner and park again. The staff was terrific - the young man checked on us an hour into our stay - an unusual touch. The room and bathroom were very clean! We did not have cups for water or ice, but I could have asked. "This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When I arrived, after a very long drive, I was not greeted by the staff but instead was given a hand telling me to wait as the staff finish a FaceTime call. The room was picked up and the bed sheets appeared clean was the highlight of this room. The shower floor was filthy and the door to the room was disgusting, dirty! Light switches felt sticky. Our AC semi worked but, every time it kicked on it sounded like a Mac truck was passing by....
