"The foyer or entry way was so dusty. All the furniture was ripped or had things carved in them. The room carpet was disgusting. The room walls had stuff on them. Drawings etc...I had stayed here when my kids were younger. It has not aged well. Very disappointing. The Waterpark had no towels for over an hour. One of tje larger female life guards was very rude and infringing on our space. There were plenty of chairs The gift shop attendant was very nice. Front desk was very nice. The arcade was...

"Beautiful property in lake George. If you want convenience to be able to walk to where you want to go, this property is perfect. The hotel charm and the history surrounding the hotel was an added surprise. The views from the back patio and pool area of lake George are breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asking for recommendations. We enjoyed our stay! We would definitely come back and stay again!"

"We had a nice stay overall. They had “maintenance issues” in the lake house so they moved us to the main property but it was a nice kind suite with a lake view. And they provided brunch vouchers for all in our party for the full stay which was nice. I still would have preferred the lake house for my wife’s 40th birthday but it is what it is. We still had a nice time. All of the staff were super nice!!"
