"Tranquilidade "

"Everything was wonderful!"

"Beautiful and gorgeous place to visit. Hotel was amazing. Thank you so much for hospitality and great service!"

"Overall room was fine. One would think with what we paid to stay there they would be at least a small refrigerator in the room… but they didn’t. Being my wife’s birthday I looked into perhaps doing something special like having a little cake to celebrate in the room later in the evening. Upon inquiring, a small cake to serve 2 people they said was over $50!! NOT!!!"

"A perfect location for what I needed, I love the space, very community-driven, and comfortable"

"This place is amazing! We enjoyed every single minute of our stay. Thank you for your hospitality and thank you for making us feel like we’re family!"

"Snug Harbor was beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable! I highly recommend. Check-in was simple and the lake serves as your font yard! It was perfect and I hope come back."

"All good!"

"Beautiful and convenient location with superb view of lake. Very clean. Check in was problematic with key pad alarm and unit fire detector chirping necessitating a trip from local fire department to change batteries. These batteries also expired shortly later in the evening with chirping again. Also short on bath towels and supplies (toilet tissue). Restaurant on premises was not in business at the time .Needless to say a wonderful trip to the finger lakes could have been better."
