"Great experience overall"

"We decided to stay here based on online recommendations. We were very disappointed in the accommodations. When we arrived, we were not told about the amenities available to us. I was then told we were staying in the building next door to the main building. The building next door is a motel, not a resort. I would not have booed such an expensive room at a motel. The room is dark and the air conditioning does not work. It was 10 degrees hotter in the room than it was outside. I contacted the front...

"Hideaway Bay is a great little spot. We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage itself was very clean and nice. The beach is quite rocky so you need shoes to walk around and for the water (especially for little kids). It was great to have access to loungers and umbrellas. The beach bar was delivered food and drinks right to you on the beach, I would suggest putting side tables with the beach furniture so people have a place to put their drink down. The fire at night was lovely, everyone gathered...

"When wr arrived we had an issue and it was taken care of. Our host Tim was very very helpful and understanding and apologetic. Appreciated his concern. Looking forward to staying at Snug Harbor again in the spring if possible. The place is wonderful , had everything we needed.
