"Nice stay; great staff. The only problem was the door didn’t shut fully when we left. So, it was inadvertently left open. When I told the front desk the door didn’t close all the way, he said that was supposed to happen. That’s fine - I understood the reasoning but people need to be told ahead of time that the doors must be pulled tightly to close. (I’ve never had to be so deliberate in any other hotel.)"
