"The gated entry made me feel really safe and the designated parking spot gave me peace of mind that my rental car will be safe as well. The unit is spacious and comfortable and very well designed! Dereck was an excellent host and easy to reach and responded to my requests very quickly. Loved how affordable this was especially with the gym and pool amenities. I will definitely be back!!"

"We were needing to host a small family thanksgiving dinner for my wife’s family. This place was quit a newly renovated. Has a couple fun hidden rooms perfect for a family with kids. Host is amazing with quick response times. Kitchen is well stocked we were able to prepare a few meals with no issue. We were hoping to stay here for our next visit to Houston but it was already booked for the dates we needed. "
