"O hotel está localizado em uma área cheia de moradores de rua e com sensação de perigosa. O hotel imediatamente do lado, que é para onde sua janela está apontada, teve som alto, brigas e polícia em dois dias da minha hospedagem. Além disso, o elevador esteve quebrado em mais da metade do tempo que fiquei, inclusive no meu check out, me obrigando a descer escadas com malas de mais de 20kg. Infelizmente, não recomendo este local."

"The hotel is one of the best I have lodged in here in the United States. The only issue I encountered during my stay was Barnum Bailey acrobatics then went on in the room above us for 3 out of the 4 nights we were at the hotel. Loud walking, jumping, and tumbling sounds could be heard clearly in our room each night past 1am. I only complained once to the reception desk. "Room was clean and staff was polite. The breakfast didn’t have very many options but did have enough variety to be able to eat a good breakfast. Mini fridge and microwave is included and they also have on-site ice machines. great lighting in the bathroom, but the room only has lamps. would stay again in Austin!"
