"You could tell the staff was diligent and consistent with the level of care and attentiveness to this hotel! Although not in the best part of town. The staff and cleanliness is what gave this a FIVE STAR review. The * only thing I would have changed are the pillows I would have preferred a bit more firm structure to the pillow to provide more support. "The garage conversion to a casita is pretty good, the reason we are rating it average is the lack of privacy. The blinds, if you can call them that, offer no privacy. There are no curtains or any other type of blind to close. You are able to see into theentite sleeping/living area from the street. This also means any lights in the main house illuminate the casita. Simply adding blackout blind or a simple curtain within the boho theme would work. This really is a significant issue as it feels...
