They knew we traveled with children--on our first stay our children happily slept on the couches--so when we arrived the second time, there was a second bed set and ready for us. It is the kindest gesture that we've ever received at any b&b."

"We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time in Chicago.The apartment was nice, clean, and near restaurants and a grocery store. Chicago parking is always a challenge, and we had a little walk on one of the days, but we were able to park right out front when unloading and loading luggage and personal effects. Check in was easy and Joan the host was available for any questions. I would recommend this cute 2 bedroom apartment! "

"The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago."

"While the place overall was nice with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms there are some items that weren't up to standards. One bedroom had an odor that was very overpowering and smelt like cat urine. Another bedroom had window shades that were broken so the light in the morning was difficult."

"Great location and close to family in center of Oak Park 3 bedrooms worked great for all to have own bed. We managed with 1 bathroom but planned ahead kitchen was adequate but fridge was a bit dated Front sitting area was a gem and really enjoyed that common space Street was under construction nearby but really helped for any noise. Very quiet when we stayed Garage parking and space to turn around so not backing into traffic was also key! Definitely plan to return as hosts were great and...

"Nice location, close to great food and walking trails. There was a nice French Market on Sunday morning just down the street, with fresh fruits, baked goods, and crafts. The unit is clean and well maintained. If you’re taller watch your head going down the stairs to the unit. We would stay there again if in town."
