The space
Manitou View has a galley kitchen with a professional Viking gas range and oven, beautiful two bay sink in front of a large bay window looking to the country side. Enjoy your breakfast/lunch/dinner from an easily accessible den, formal dining room, or deck space equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella for overly sunny days.

Host your family and friends from either the upstairs sitting area, with fireplace and breath taking views, or the living room downstairs with a big screen TV and game room.

Sleeping will be a dream with over four large bedrooms spread out between the upstairs and downstairs. Enjoy the privacy of the master bedroom, with an ensuite and Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, and large french doors leading to the deck.

Down the hall, the second bedroom on the first floor has bunk beds for when you need to keep your children close by. A brightly lit room, with an ensuite and large walk in closet. Great for children and those young at heart.

Downstairs is a large game room with a ping-pong table, right off the third bedroom. A shared bathroom is connected between the living room and bedroom with another set up bunk beds. Amazing closet space, means you won't be living out of a suite case here!

The 4th bedroom has a king size bed and two relaxing chairs to sit and enjoy your privacy. The outside garden is accessible from the living room, game room, or 4th bedroom through French style doors.

The outside gardens add amazing color with a country side back drop and on occasion views of Grand Traverse Bay.

Guest access
This is a full house rental, and so the entire space is available for guests usage. There are two storage rooms that are not accessible for guests, these are a wooden door wine cellar and a work room located in the bottom floor. This is where Bethany & Roger keep certain cleaning supplies and storage for the house.

Other things to note
We are in the process of refinishing the deck in the near future, it is available for use by guests. We recommend that you wear shoes anytime you use the deck areas, and be mindful of a couple boards that are slightly raised.
