"Perfect stay in Charlevoix in a very nice neighborhood just a 10 minute walk to Lake Michigan, a 20 minute walk to downtown, or a 20 minute walk to Lake Charlevoix. Owner/property manager was extremely helpful. He has a paddleboard that we used and that turned out to be a lot of fun for all of us. House was very clean, everything worked well. There was plenty to do in and around Charlevoix like fishing, and mushroom houses, and feed the fish and hiking and golf and swimming and boating. Already...

"We had an excellent stay . The house lay out was perfect for our family of ten , three adult couples and four children . The families with two kids each took the upstairs suite which had 4 bedrooms and two baths . Grandparents stayed downstairs with third bath . The house was well stocked with stuff you need like dishwashing detergent , laundry supplies etc . Location was great ! Short walk or golf cart ride to sandy beach. "We had the best family vacation at Jeff’s place. There were 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty to do for all ages! The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the large game room. The water is shallow and clear right off the dock which was perfect for our kids! The sunsets were amazing! We hope to come back again! "

"The setting is beautiful. The house is quirky and charming. Decor really leans into the rustic. I think we were the second or third visitors to the property and they were still working out a few things, but would definitely recommend to a family with older kids. There is only one bathroom and no dishwasher, but the outdoor amenities (fire pit, dock, lake) are excellent."

"Wonderful location. Short walk to downtown. Stayed with our son and his family. Grandkids, 18 months and 3 1/2. Fenced in patio very nice. Tv room on both floors was good for family and adult time. Home furnishings very nice and child friendly. We moved a few items out of reach of the little ones. Ate most meals out but kitchen and dinning area were well equipped and spacious. Screened in porch was enjoyed by all. Would stay again! "
