"We had 2 families stay at this beautiful home to celebrate a yearly reunion with friends in Northport!The description and pictures were an accurate summary of the home! Our host was extremely helpful with a simple issue that arose while we were there. We found the home to have all the amnesties of our home!We loved everything about it!"

"Everything about the property was great. The two people who I interacted with, probably the owners were very nice and helpful. Nice little breakfast was put out during our stay. Muffins were great. Rooms were just right and very clean. Very nice area to sit outside and relax at anytime. Enjoyed sitting out at their dock watching the sunrise and sunset. Perfect location for visiting Northport, leeland and Glen arbor. Would definitely recommend!!"

"What we liked was the location. To shops in town and restaurants. Things that should be improved. The lighting in the kitchen was horrid cobwebs around the lights. The water pressure taking a shower was not good. Since this is a dog friendly location. It would be best if the carpets were ripped up and just wood floor be put down. The carpet was dirty and covered up with a rug"

"Great option for our group!No futons, but a sleeper couch was available although in the way when open. Better suited for 8 adults. "

"Our stay over memorial weekend was great. Slight issue with the rec room the rec room working with the cable during some rain, but we found some games inside and played them; outside of that, it was great. We fished off the dock, had bonfires in the evening, the interior was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend this property for families with kids as there is a ton to do in nearby towns."

"Horrible, do not book this place. Plus we did not get refund because they refused to answer phone from Expedia. Loud portable ac in room with large Crack at connection. Which meant bugs in the room, one in ice bucket. No TV in room, no amenities smells like someone died in there. And looked like it on communal couch. No easy way to contact owners or managers. This is one step away from being homeless. Horrible narrow steep turning stairs not in photos. Run away is my advice."
