"Comfortable and spacious house with great beds and plenty of room for our group of seven. The electric frying pan was very handy. The place covers the basics, but a few extra supplies (paper towel, rubbish bags, cleaning items) and larger cookware would make it more practical for bigger groups. It would also be helpful to note in the listing that there’s no BBQ. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay"

"Check in was easy and the house was spotless- everything one would need for a stay and as it was a wet day the heating being turned on ahead of our arrival was very welcome. Whilst there was no fencing for a puppy Nelson was quite happy to wander around and thoroughly enjoyed the area.Michelle was a wonderful host. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the view when we arrived (Rain) but when itcleared was amazing. Annout of the way place with heaps of charm."

"We had a terrific time. The linen for the rooms were fresh and clean. Access to the property was easy. The house itself and amenities were all of a high standard. Even Stanley (one of the 4 sheep in the house paddock) was on his best behaviour. "

"If there’s one thing that matters in accommodation, it’s the first impression, and unfortunately, it could have been better. They really ought to change the bed linen – it was stained and worn. What’s more, there was dust in the room, which made us a bit wary. On the other hand, the staff are very attentive and friendly, and the food at the restaurant is highly recommended! There’s heating and the shower works a treat! As for the distance to the city centre, it’s great to be just a 5-minute drive from the main attractions; as it’s autumn, there isn’t much going on, but you can pop out for a stroll and park easily in the centre. Hopefully they’ll sort out these little details for next time!"
