"Superb location for exploring Hobart. 15 minute walk to Franklin Wharf and same to CBD. Sandy Bay Area is a lovely suburb with lots of houses of architectural interest. Worth a walk around Amberley house was lovely , spacious , full of character and spotlessly clean. Lisa (host) was a delight to deal with and extremely helpful in meeting our extra needs (cot and late check out ). Thanks "

"Had a very pleasant stay waking in the morning and looking out of the windows onto the beack was so relaxing Grandchildren had easy access to the beach The back shed gave my grandchildren lots off options, beach toys ,shooter and canoe s. "Dottie's House was everything we were looking for. It was very clean, the kitchen is well laid out, well stocked with essentials, and the coffee machine was a real bonus!! The location was great with coffee shops, food stores and parks all within walking distance. Check-in and check-out was seamless. Mark was a great host and when we come back, which we definitely will, we'll be looking up Dotties House again..Cheers.... "
