"Second time staying here. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike...

"2 bedroom small house was just what my friend and I needed for an event we were at in Lyndonville. Close to town and only 10 minutes to the event venue. Very comfortable. Air conditioning was on when we got there and we were grateful for that sine the temps were close to 90 with high humidity. Very clean and kitchen was minimal but had all the essentials. Bathroom was also clean. We saw a doe with a fawn every late afternoon walking across the tree line and very quiet at night. Thanks!"

"Very accommodating, wonderfully unique location in the middle of no where. Our kids hoped off their devices and just had good old fashioned kid fun. It was great to see all the smiles. Loved it!"

"Everything was exactly as expected except the fire pit seems stationary on the far back lawn instead of portable. Gas grill could use updating (left burner wouldnt light) and a good cleaning or new grate to cook food on. Overall great experience on our one night stay!"

"The home has an amazing view. We saw a bear crossing the river on our first morning. We enjoyed evenings on the back deck. The owner reached out to ensure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely rent here again. "

"We had a great stay! The wood stove kept us cozy. 10 minute walk into the town of Bethlehem, which features a brewery, coffee shops, and restaurants. 20 minute drive to Bretton Woods where we really enjoyed cross country and downhill skiing. Hosts were very communicative and kind. "
