"The hotel was being renovated. One whole side had dirty mattresses in front of the rooms and clean ones on the ground. We arrived at a few minutes before 5 and were greeted with a sign that the check in person was currently unavailable. We waited almost 10 minutes before she showed up. There was a pool but it was not vacuumed. The room had a laminated floor instead of carpet. It was clean but the cabinet door wouldn’t close because the refrigerator was too big for it. "Atendente foi desrespeitoso quando solicitei um quarto como das fotos, sem carpete. Ele desdenhou de minha esposa que tem alergias além de simplesmente virar as costas enquanto eu falava e dizer que não falaria mais comigo. Pegamos nossas coisas e ficamos fora do hotel o máximo possível. Tentei achar outro mas não há na região. O quarto tinha mal cheiro e a água cheira podre. O filtro do ar condicionado estava imundo. O café da manhã é péssimo. Uma das piores estadias que já tive."

"Overall stay was ok. A lot of small things broken or run down. From Bathroom fan making a lot of noise when running, color lines on TV, to exterior structure in decay. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were out of order."

"Our quick stay at Reed’s Lodge was very pleasant. The room was beautiful (we chose The Marilyn Monroe). Beds were comfy enough and everything was clean. Some of the hardware in the bathroom was a little wobbly but not really a big deal. There aren’t a ton of breakfast options but my family of 4 were all able to find something we were happy with eating. I thought this inn was adorable and quaint and wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time we come through Springerville."

"Room wasn't bad, and the price was great! Staff was very nice and very helpful. Parking was a bit rough. It is side slotted, and the parking is extremely tight between the 2 buildings. It is one way in, one way out, no backing in. If a lot of large trucks are parked, such as was my experience, the narrow driveway behind them becomes a situation where you have to reverse out into the road where you pulled in from. I have a tiny car. So there's that."
