"It was a great weekend in a magical place. Our favorite part was high tides - you can actually swim there - the water is warm unlike the ocean water. Highly recommend! The house has everything that you may need and our dog had everything provided as well!"

"The house is spacious, particularly in the common areas. Appliances and HVAC in bedrooms (old wall units) functioned but could stand upgrade. Upon arrival we had to call about loose arm on storm store about eye level for kids; was repaired following AM. Dishwasher leaked on first use; property mechanic identified problem with gasket, which “held” for balance of week. Minor bug issues (ants, spiders) but not unexpected for Cape. "We had an wonderful experience staying at this house. It was exceptionally clean and it had everything we needed (it was nice to have linens and towels provided). All of the rooms were relaxing and comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The property turned out to be just as showed in the pictures. We found it clean with supplies, even though the list indicated that there will none (or very few). The location was perfect. Minutes walk from Herring Pond, 5 minutes drive (or walk) to First Encounter, and close to Orleans and Eastham. We will try to return next year!"
