"This place is right on the beach. The best part is that it isn't one of those buildings with three or more floors. It's got one floor for guests that are staying there. It has two bedrooms--one with a king and the other with a large bed and two bunk beds. The A/C works great, the living room is spacious, and the balcony provides a great uninterrupted view of the beach. To get to the beach takes about one or two minutes--the walkway is adjacent to the house. Nice place."

"Lori is a great host! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can think of, very clean, plenty of adult and children's games, comfortable furniture on the multiple decks and of course the view of the ocean. It was very relaxing 3 Thank you! "

"Wonderful location! Owners were attentive and made sure we were settled in. Great spot right by beach access so we could run up and have lunch while leaving our chairs out. House was clean and beds were very comfortable. My family and I had a wonderful stay!"

"This townhouse is an exceptional lodging for a getaway in the North Topsail area; It has a nice layout for our family of seven that made our stay comfortable for the 3 nights that we were there; Situated in between the beach and the sound makes you enjoy both places without walking far; It's also located close to the shops and restaurants which is very convenient... "This home was not at all what the pictures illustrated it to be. It was in poor shape. The floors were unleveled, the tiles were coming out of the floors and the grout was cutting up our feet when walking between the living room and kitchen. The floor in the main level bathroom felt like it was going to fall thru. The walls were patched up and you can see where repairs were done but not done correctly. The recess lighting in the living room looked like it had mold around it or was not installed...
