The Space:

Welcome to Sunny Daze and feel right at home in our inviting coastal entryway. As you arrive, you're greeted by a cheerful “Welcome” sign and cozy bench seating—perfect for setting down bags or pausing to take in the beach-inspired décor. With woven wall art, soft lighting, and a tropical-patterned rug underfoot, this charming space sets the tone for the relaxing, sun-soaked stay that awaits you. Drop your bags, take a breath, and ease into vacation mode—the relaxation starts here.



First Floor

• 1 King bedroom with smart TV and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and bathtub/ shower, Oceanfront deck access. Hot tub located just outside the master bedroom.

• 1 Queen bedroom with a smart TV.

• 1 Bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin mattresses) with smart TV.

• Full hallway bathroom with dual sinks and bathtub/ shower.

• Full-size washer and dryer.



Second Floor

• Dining table seats 10

• Well Equipped Kitchen with seating at 2 bar stools

• Living room has 1 queen-sized sleeper sofa, 1 love seat, smart TV, and Oceanfront deck access.

• Hallway half bath

• 1 King bedroom, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and bathtub/ shower. Access to Sound-facing balcony.



Third Floor

• 1 Queen bedroom with smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with bathtub/ shower. Note: This loft bedroom, while private and secluded from the downstairs, does not have a door.



Ground Level

• Game room with Foosball, PacMan and NBA Jam arcade games, large smart TV, giant Connect 4, toys and games

• Crossover outdoor shower, as well as an enclosed private outside shower.

• Beach equipment storage area with beach chairs, body boards, beach umbrella, sun shade, beach toys and games and cornhole.





Step outside and take full advantage of the coastal lifestyle. Sunny Daze is one side of an oceanfront duplex with its own private entrance and dedicated outdoor spaces. You'll have parking for up to six vehicles right out front.

Out back, follow your private beach walkway—shared only with the other half of the duplex—and in just a few steps, your toes will be in the sand. The beach here is often quiet and uncrowded, making it the perfect spot to relax, swim, or hunt for shells.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and private decks. You’ll also enjoy exclusive use of the hot tub, and on-site parking for up to 6 vehicles. Featuring a beachfront location, an ocean view, and beach chairs, this vacation home is a great spot to soak up some sun. Enjoy some of the nearby water activities including sailing, boating, surfing, and scuba diving.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a peaceful beachfront neighborhood along Island Drive, this home offers the perfect blend of quiet coastal living and easy access to local favorites. Just steps from the sand, you're also a short drive away from beloved spots like Splash by the Sea, Seaview Pier Restaurant, and Shaka Taco. Explore the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center, take in the views at Surf City Ocean Pier, or spend the day kayaking and paddleboarding in the nearby sound. Whether you're craving fresh seafood, planning a family adventure, or simply enjoying a laid-back beach day, everything you need is close by.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to get around is by car. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft may be available, but can be limited, especially during peak times—so having a vehicle is recommended for convenience. Free parking is provided on-site. The beach is just a few steps away.

**EARLY CHECK-IN**

If the house is available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in. We will be able to confirm the night before your arrival.

• 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM – $100.00

• After 11 AM – $50.00



**ESSENTIALS**

• Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience. However, please bring your own beach towels.

• To help you get off to a comfortable start, we’re happy to provide starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These kits are intended for the first part of your visit. If you run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.

• There is a washer & dryer available in the unit for your use. Detergent and dryer sheets are not provided.



• For non-Airbnb reservations only, any applicable refunds — regardless of the cancellation policy — will incur a 6% processing fee.



Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.
