"We had an excellent stay in this home. Lovely property with an excellent view. Bedrooms were nice and spacious and we really enjoyed the kitchen and living room thoroughly. Wish the weather had cooperated a little more, but you can't be surprised by a little liquid sunshine on the coast. The highlight of the trip was watching a pod of killer whales out in the bay on the last morning of the stay. "

"This place was simply perfect for our family of 6. It was 12 minutes from the ferry in Nanaimo, it had a BBQ, a backyard for the kids to play in, it was near a ton of great parks, and the views were spectacular. The only complaint I really have it sometimes you could hear the owners above, they had a small child and you could hear the stomping and crying. Property owner was incredibly nice but only one of them spoke English! Otherwise it was truly an incredible experience and I would come back...

"My sister & I stayed 5 nights at Rainbow House in June. The house is open & spacious. We loved all the windows that let natural light come in & views of the outdoors. Quiet neighborhood & great location to nearby parks, grocery store & eateries.Easy drive to Parksville & Qualicum Beach. Highly recommend visiting Little Qualicum Falls & Englishman River Falls. Aiden, the host, was easy to get in touch with & very accommodating."

"This is a beautifully appointed place to stay. There’s clear sense of ownership by the host, who went above and beyond to keep the place clean, with all the thoughtful touches one could imagine for their own families and friends staying like house slippers, bathrobes, fresh fruits in the bowl, bottled water and bubly, laundry and cleaning supplies, and more. "My husband and I had a great stay at the Coastal Oasis! We appreciate that we were able to bring our small pup along with us. The home was well equipped and very comfortable. My husband enjoyed the streaming channels available on the TV while I was able to explore the lovely grounds and extensive paths along the water. The sunsets are amazing! We would be happy to return!"

"Judy was an incredible host and has added special touches throughout the cottage. She was in touch the whole stay and communication was great. The only downside is that there isn’t a shower on the main level. It’s in the guest bedroom in the loft. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but the cottage and resort are impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"My family of 5 stayed here for the second spring break in a row, and it had everything we needed! A short walk to the beachfront and amazing playground, close to all the amenities we might need (Shoppers Drug Mart for a forgotten toothbrush; multiple grocery stores for extra food), and beautiful and spacious accommodation with everything we needed. Best of all for my ten year old, “a TV in every room!” One short of a TV for each of the 5 of us. "
