"Neat property. Stay after Kenny chesney concert. Super easier to get to from the stadium. Helpful staff and check in check out. Room was clean. Area isn’t horrible but like any city becarefull . "

"Residence Inn accommodations were excellent, especially for mobility access and amenities of the suites. Hotel was also perfect for proximity to PNC Park and the many restaurants and pubs in the Pittsburgh North Shore area."

"The staff was beyond friendly and helpful and the lobby smelled very clean and fresh. Breakfast staff was very courteous and efficient handling a large crowd for a concert. Our room (507) had a very dim bathroom mirror. It was actually horrible to try and put makeup on or get ready for the day. The light above the desk in the suite was also very dim. Overall a great stay but those were two things we did not like about our stay. We will definitely come back though!! "
