"The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and they pick up from the air port 24 hours (unlike some that claim they have 24 hour pick ups, but make you pay after 11PM). I also liked that the breakfast went clear to 10AM, nice since I came in after 1AM and needed to sleep in a bit. I made a mistake on my booking, but the manager helped me correct it immediately. I know one other visitor had a room with a pipe that leaked. With all the extreme heavy freezes we got, such things do happen. ...

"The hotel is good. We had no high expectations. So it was fine. On the very first day no one cleaned our room. The second day, the cleaning process was really low. We arrived late and the bathroom was not cleaned and they left our dirty paper glasses on exact same place. The staff was good, specially Tereza from Jamaica, from front desk. She was really a gentle one. Congrats!"
