"House was immaculately clean and fresh. Great private location that makes you feel like you’re away from it all. We happened to check in on a hot, humid , 90 degree plus day ( more and more of those in the ADKS these days) and just know there is only 1 portable AC unit in the entire place. Not truly adequate to cool the whole house with the back bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and two floor fans that we found in the closets but if you’re use to AC just be aware, it’s a bit warm....

"peace quiet and strolling thru the fields in back was pleased by staff cutting a path to creek and I got many pictures of flowers and nature. Enjoyed the calming ambience too."

"Very spacious for 10 people. Quiet despite being on a US highway. Kids enjoyed kayaking on the lake and a few nearby hiking trails."

"This property is a great space for family gatherings. Good outdoor space for kids to run and play, and serene setting for adults to relax. Grandkids enjoyed swimming in the large pond and riding in the pedal boat and canoe. Kitchen is very well equipped and needs were comfortable, although mattresses in a couple rooms were a little short. Only downside was the sulphur smell in the water but owner provided several jugs of spring water for drinking. Everyone agreed we'd go back for another...
