But when we checked in, the exterior was a shambles. Grass half cut and lawnmower left on the sidewalk, gardens not weeded or cared for, pool cold and dirty, hot tub not working, and not clean, no propane tank for the bbq, the dock in disrepair to the point of being dangerous. "Beautiful oceanfront property and quiet. Rooms were clean and well presented. Shower - water pressure was rather disappointing. The bed was comfortable however it made weird squeaks on very minimal movement - gave us not so private feeling. "
