"We were traveling in a group and we found bed bugs in our room on the 2nd floor and our family found bed bugs in their room on the 9th floor. We did receive a refund after a long complicated process. Some of the staff were rude when we approached them with the issue and laughed in our face and asked why we didn’t see this issue before like it was normal to have bed bugs. The women told us we could not have a full refund at first. Then we asked for an incident report and had the night manger come...

"Loved the Brighton Tower and the 2 bedroom oceanfront view We had a corner unit and the views were perfect. The only negative thing I have to comment on is the pool area at this tower. It was small and no comparison to the one at the Embassey Suite. Maybe an upgrade is in the works for this pool area, but other than that we had a wonderful time and would book here again."

"Stay was meh. Bathroom sink was completely clogged and unusable. Had to use the kitchen sink for everything. There was hair (yes that hair) in the bathroom, the towel bar and toilet paper holder fell off the wall every time you touched it. Potato chips and used q tips on the floor. No way to wash the dishes and dish soap was green water. Had to brush teeth over a sink of dirty dishes every day. Bedroom door was broken so if you let it close all the way it was difficult to get back open. ...
