Clean room, great layout, nice decorations. Small kitchen was well stocked with items needed to cook. Anthony JR was an amazing host. He was always available and genuineny cared about making our visit pleasant!

Absolutely wonderful! The location is awesome! Parking garage was relatively easy to park in, I drive a short bed truck and I was not nervous to park it.BayWatch was VERY clean. The bar was convenient for parents with small children to keep up with. The pools were warm and FUN! I had a 6 and 2 year old and we all never wanted to go to the room. So many pools, convenient beach access, and lots of people to interact with!The furniture was great, the king bed has some dips but its not terrible. Im not sure how you could fit 6 in this place, but it was perfect for our family of four.The owner was awesome! Even gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate my husbands retirement with!The bathroom was clean and easy to use. The kitchen was great for our needs. I used the crockpot mostly so I could play all day and have a warm meal at night. A/C worked great. Beautiful view of the beach and lazy river.

A cozy coastal home

This condo was so clean and tidy! The layput was smartly done with every inch being thoughtfully laid out. The murphy and queen bed were so comfortable. The queen bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect. Anthony was such a pleasure to communicate with as well. He was prompt and so helpful with any questions I had. The kids had plenty of room. The furniture was new, modern and well taken care of but it felt homey. It did not feel like we were on a large resort with hundreds of people once the door closed. It has a perfect view of the ocean and lazy river/pool area. I would absolutely recommend renting this property. It was me, two 11 year olds and a 13 year old. I love that the kitchen had doors to close off the bedroom and the living room area, which truly made it feel as if it was a 2 bedroom unit with space to spread out. We had beach chairs to untilize and beach toys such buckets, shovels, a boogie board and even an umbrella. We had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. I would recommend bringing additional bath towels if you shower multiple times a day to get the chlorine or beach water off.

Amazing from start to finish

This place was breathtaking, cozy and didnt want to leave. We will b coming back..Can't say enough good things about the Host..Anthony! He made us feel so comfortable, like he was family..He was AMAZING!!!

N, Myrtle Beach - Bay Watch

The condo was perfect for our stay, had everything we could possibly need. Parking garage was convenient. The property is incredibly close to the beach. Anthony, the owner, was awesome. He was easy to contact, checked on us - even during the storm. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again one day.

Cute and comfy condo perfect location

I visited Myrtle Beach with my teen daughter and her best friend for a getaway before school starts. The condo was a perfect accommodation. I appreciate things like a comfortable mattresses, fluffy towels, complimentary wine, classy decor, seasonings in the cabinets, and even a kuerig machine…for a coffee drinker that can make or break your stay! The condo is well thought out to make you feel at home! The pullout couch and Murphy bed provided perfect sleeping arrangements for my daughter and her friend. The kitchen was small but efficient and had everything that you would need. And the view was amazing! We were just a few steps from the beach which we enjoyed immensely. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

Very clean!

I have been to many rentals over the years and 1 in this same resort that we were unhappy with. I was hesitant to try Baywatch again, but we were very happg with this unit. This was probably the cleanest rental (truly clean) that we have rented before. The bathtub is huge, but the shower head and water pressure was our absolute favorite!!!! Normally beach rentals have lower water pressure, but this was a perfect ending to a day at the beach. Outdoor furniture it nice and comfortable! While my girls would have opted for a little bit better matresses in the living room, the main bedroom mattress is very comfortable. I appreciate that the furniture isn't cheap quality just to throw something in the unit. The view is amazing and while we had plenty of rain during our visit we were able to use the roku tv and enjoy movies and play board games. Location is great to restaurants and shopping. Parking garage is right across from this tower which is very convenient. We were very happy with this unit and would not hesitate to stay here again. If you enjoy feeling like your in an actual clean unit with nice furniture and plenty of room, this is your place!

Phenomenal!

Communication with Anthony was above and beyond. He kept in touch prior to our arrival, made sure we were settled and offered extra services to make our stay more comfortable. He really made us feel like we were a priority. Everything was clean and as listed/expected-plenty of shower and beach towels, rainy day games, beach chairs/toys, pool passes/codes/etc all aligned and made our stay a breeze. We will 100% be returning to this condo.We come every year and this was our favorite rental by far.

Quiet enjoyment!

Anthony was a great host. His communication was quick and responsive! We had one small issue (our fault) and he took care of that immediately! Unit cleanliness and decor was impeccable. We enjoyed our stay (and the brand new large screen TV) immensely! Thank you for the relaxing time Anthony!

Loved This Condo and Host

From the moment I made the reservation, Anthony was available. But the details he shared basically answered any questions I had. We had flight interruption, putting us into MB a day and a half late. I kept in touch with Anthony and he attempted to keep my spirits lifted. We had an issue with one of the TV's (NCAAA Basketball going on, so it was needed). He did his best to troubleshoot and ended up replacing the TV the next day. Once our luggage finally caught up with us, we began what ended up being a very pleasant stay at Bay Watch 1036. We enjoyed the balcony as well as the beach. Sandtrap was surprisingly good too. I would definitely book with Anthony again. He truly went above and beyond!

Great location overlooking the ocean!

We stayed for 1 week in this condo. It is a great location overlooking the ocean as depicted. Really relaxing to sit in the chairs on the balcony and look at the ocean. Very short walk out to the beach. Pools were really nice, lazy river was cool! Check in very easy. All supplies were provided as described. Beds were comfortable. Anthony was very helpful. Would definitely rent again!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at Baywatch. Anthony was the ultimate host. He thought of everything and provided items for cleaning, toiletries and even beach accessories. He answered all of our questions quickly and professionally. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back. Too many amenities to list. From poolside entertainment to the lazy rivers, the beautiful beach and the ice cream shop. We were busy nonstop. Another bonus was the Proximity to top notch restaurants. We will be back! Thank you!

This was the perfect trip! Our first time in MB and the place was perfect. We loved how close it was to the beach and my son loved that it had so many pools, Owner was easy to reach. And place was clean. We hope to stay there again.

Awesome oceanfront property

Great location! Loved all the clean amenities and convenience to restaurants and grocery stores. My daughter who is 7 loved the jetted bathtub in the bathroom! Make sure to wear armband around wrist, ankle, or even ponytail holder as security checks every day. Host Anthony wonderful host. :)
