Come to North Myrtle Beach and stay at Waterpointe I! This fabulous resort offers secure entry with seating, indoor pool and hot tub, grilling area, outside eating area, a large sunning deck, outdoor pool all while listening to the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. This 3 bedroom condo is perfect for families or a girls getaway!

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, private full bath with a new stand up tiled shower and sliding glass doors which allows the guest access to the oceanfront balcony, and a Flat Screen TV for late night viewing. The balcony is also accessible from the living room.

Bedroom #3 is very small with a twin size bunk bed, flat screen TV and a twin trundle.

This property has everything to make you feel at home:
A fully stocked kitchen with kitchen utensils, cutlery, cookware, and dinnerware.
A spacious living room with large flat screen TV, plenty of seating, and large ocean front balcony.
Three full bedrooms and two full bathrooms
Dining Room with seating for four and a breakfast bar with seating for two.
A wet bar and a washer/dryer.

Waterpointe I is centrally located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach and is minutes away from Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, a plethora of restaurants (including the Famous Hamburger Joes and Cracker Barrel), and a variety of entertainment venues (House of Blues, Alabama theater, Alligator Adventure, Pirates Voyage). So, grab your beach chairs, and come stay at Waterpointe I.

Southern Coast Vacations has a complete reservations staff that is well versed in all aspects of each of our rentals homes, and the surrounding areas. They work with you during the booking process, before your arrival for additional questions and information, and our staff is available to you 24/7. If at any time you are in need, we are able to assist!

Guests must register their vehicles in the book located by the elevators (just fill out the vehicle infomation)
Golf carts are not permitted on the property
Our properties are completely non smoking.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
The Fireplace is cosmetic.

Linen price is factored into final price of stay.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Guests should bring their own toiletries, we supply a starter set of toiletries. Per the linen package that is already included, we will provide 1 set of towels per guest and sheets for each bed. Most properties have a washer/dryer or a coin operated facility. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

The condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It was very clean and cozy and in a perfect location. The pools were very clean and perfect for a break from the ocean. Would definstay here again. We loved the condo and where it was located, it was perfect!!!!!

Over all a fairly good stay. In the master bathroom the Only light that worked was in the shower. The overhead/mirror lights didnā€™t have bulbs in them. And when we found a bulb in the closet it didnā€™t even work. The bedroom door to master also stuck a bit. So this was a big reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The kitchen was nice and clean minus a pan that still had food stuck on it. Bedrooms were good. Second bedroom was good minus the dirt under the bed. Same with bunk roomā€¦ under the trundle was very dirty. But Iā€™m sure that is just a place that gets looked over a lot because a lot of people probably done use it. View was amazing and living room was nice. The older gentleman and the property every morning at 6:30 outside with his leaf blower was keeping the property up nicely! This didnā€™t bother us as we were up at that time outside enjoying the view. Pool was cleaned daily outside! Elevators were never messy and cleaned daily! Parking can be a bit tight depending on your vehicle but over all not bad. We enjoyed this property and the price was on point for what we were looking for. Thanks for letting our family enjoy for the week!

Property needs some general maintenance. Towel bars fall off easily and some updating needs to be done. Cleaning wasnā€™t done when we arrived and issues with soiled mattress covers. I am hoping they start washing all bedding prior to each rental period as using same mattress pad and blanket is unsanitary. Wish they also had a number we could text to get help with rental company instead of having to leave a voice message or email.

We were incredibly pleased with the property. Out of all properties we have stayed at in the past several years this one was our favorite. It is steps from the beach which was perfect my 74-year-old mother-in-law and carrying my 10 month old down to the beach every day. The check-in process was incredibly simple And the listing was even better than the pictures. I would absolutely recommend this listing for a family vacation. Lastly As silly as it may sound, one of my favorite amenities was the fact that we could all shower and not run out of hot water And the water pressure was great, which has not been the case at many other properties I have stayed at. Thank you for listing and allowing families to enjoy this perfect condo at the beach.

The place was great. We had a great time. They keep everything top-notch clean their the pools, the bathroom, the lobby, the elevators. It was really kept up good and it was so clean the maintenance guy. There was very friendly and did an awesome job.

My son, wife and I have been coming to Windy Hill and specifically staying at WaterPoint 1 for several years and normally a few times a year and this vacation didn't disappoint. This unit had everything we needed for our two week stay and it was very clean and well decorated and the beds and furniture were all comfortable. We stay in this building because of the indoor and outdoor pool and the super easy access to Barefoot Landing, obviously the beach and so many amazing things to do and see in the North Myrtle Beach area. The management company was decent, they just weren't extremely responsive with one issue we had with the unit and I had to follow up with them after reaching out and letting them know vs. them following up with me. Fortunately the issue worked itself out without their intervention. Outside of that one issue, it was a great stay and I would certainly recommend this place, especially for families.

We loved everything about it. Check in was easy. Very nice and quiet. Loved the washer and dryer and the homie feel of the place. BTW the grocery carts are so helpful to get stuff up to your room. Highly recommend .

The kitchen, appliances, and living room furniture were fine. The rest of the condo is falling apart and needs a serious cleaning. The showers had mold along the tubs, the vents were coated in dust, and the beds were worn and extremely noisy (like cartoonish squeaking). The property management team - Southern Coast - were extremely unprofessional during my first phone interaction.

The unit was perfect for what we needed! Itā€™s decorated very well and the location is amazing. The only complaint is that I feel they need to work on some small upkeep items. For example, the bathroom door hinge needed some adjusting as the door was hanging uneven. Luckily one of us is a contractor and was able to easily fix it. Another example is that one of the kitchen cabinets handles kept coming out do to the screw starting to strip. Other than a few little items like that everything was wonderful.

Had a great time and we loved it!!! The view in this condo 503 was absolutely breath taking :-) There was everything that we needed ... Pots pans silverware cups glasses ... I brought all kinds of stuff with us laundry soap dish soap hand soap salt & pepper coffee filters etc... but it all was already there so when we left I left it all for the next guest :-) the shower pressure is absolutely amazing it was so powerful that it almost knocked me back lol the lobby and outside was extremely clean and the pools was clean and just perfect . We didn't have any problems with anything in the unit everything worked great. The only thing that I would have liked to have that we needed was a luggage rack to put our luggage on :-( we had to put them on the floor other then that it was an amazing place and we will definitely stay again in 503. Oh and the little lights in the fireplace was a great touch we left them on all the time just made a great touch. Thanks for offering your condo to us and if you are thinking of renting this unit you will love it we did.

This unit was very disappointing. Either the owner or the rental company is doing a very poor job of maintaining the property. Both sliding glass doors are almost impossible to open as tracks are bent, HVAC filter was filthy, Kurrig coffee maker didnā€™t work, the master bath tub had mold and mildew so bad on the caulking that the entire bathroom smelled. There was no soap in any of the bathrooms nor was there any dishwasher detergent. I would not recommend renting this unit.

Great property, great location, not too crowded. I would recommend. Need to fix the main sliding door, it sticks every time about 12" open, gets annoying after a day of struggling with it. Also needs a better vacuum to keep up with the sand!

This apartment was just perfect to spend our summer vacations with my wife, boys and my in-laws. Each of the spaces were equipped with what was necessary to make the stay very comfortable and pleasant. My children loved their bedroom by having the comfort of television just for them. The second bedrooms was large enough with everything needed and comfortable bed. The master bedroom big enough with the comfort of the balcony and being able to sleep listening to the sound of the sea through the window and a very comfortable bed too. My father-in-law loved to read his book on the balcony morning/afternoon as it was shaded there all day long. It was nice and very convenient to be in front of the beach, just to take a 5 minutes walk to set up the chairs and umbrellas to spend the day at the beach. Something that I liked a lot was being able to see the kindness of the maintenance people who were every day since early morning cleaning the windows, the pool and organizing all the common areas of the property. The property manager who was in charge of helping us since we arrived with a couple of small confusions was very efficient and friendly. The only exception was not having solved the problem with the smell of the washing machine but nothing that could not be solved with a good cleaning with clorox. We will consider this property for a vacation because the location near many attractions shops and good restaurants made one of my best vacations.
