"Stayed here for my daughter's 16th birthday. Our suite was spacious and clean. All of the staff were very professional and willing to assist with our requests. We are planning to come here for our next family vacation! Unfortunately due to weather, the outside pool was closed the first day. The girls were still able to swim indoors. They have a wonderful shuttle that takes you to the beach area that is set aside for Grande Dune guests. Additionally, they offer valet parking. Just a great place...

"The building is OLD! The water pressure in the bathroom had you waiting and flushing several times. Needed new coating of paint. Otherwise it was clean. Early check-in didn’t exist and we were told that regular check in a 4:00 was NOT guaranteed. I don’t think they had enough staff to clean the rooms.
