The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad). They kept us informed throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. Thanks for the bottled water, cookies and crackers!
