The water was ice cold, even after running for 10 or so minutes, as the contact person told us to do. We booked the room with the hot tub, which wasn’t usable, so they put us in a room with a jacuzzi tub, not the same thing. The original (quirky?) decor was both personal and a welcome relief from boring corporate chain hotels or stuffy “colonial” inns. "The B&B was even more stunning in person, and getting to watch the horses practice in the morning was amazing. We were 6 minutes away from Legoland which we took our kids to, and they loved it. When we arrived we got our key and went to our room, walked to a park and walked to a pizza place in town for dinner. Breakfast both days was amazing, the banana French toast was amazing. "We were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. "This is a really lovely place! Some historic hotels/B&Bs are just historic and have seen better days. Not this place! We were only there for one night while on a road trip, but we would have enjoyed staying a few days longer. The manager greeted us warmly and made sure we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
