"Pros: Location is excellent and front end staff fantastic. Parking under building a superb bonus. Cons: apartment rundown so cost reflected this. Hot water was near non existent unless both showers used simultaneously. Lucky we didn’t need to be there a lot so easy to deal with."

"The ground floor unit opens up onto a beautiful outdoor area with lawn and gardens next to a park. The position of the building is across the road from Burleigh beach which was ideal. The apartment is spacious and clean with ceiling fans in both bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Location was as I had hoped, lovely beach access, bus stops, Currumbin Sanctuary and general store opposite, easy walks to Currumbin Surf Club and Tugun. The apartment was quirky, furnished with odd furniture and op shop style decor, a noisy single bed was unsuitable with squeaky springs. People noise from other apartments was often disturbing and being directly under the flight path to the airport was also an issue throughout my stay, I wouldn’t recommend or return. "

"Lack of communication. Was supposed to msg me regarding after hours arrival. No msg recd until after we got there and had to try to ring them twice. They then didn't even msg me on the phone number they were supposed to but to another person who was also trying to contact them as we were standing there in the rain. Standing in the rain and wind waiting with no cover and this was only at 7pm at night. No proper signage or lighting to try and access the key box. Room was old and dated not a true...

"We received an email from the property management team while traveling instructing us to: 1) go to one address, pick up keys 2) go to second location, the location of the rental. Turns out, they sent us the wrong instructions, so, after 25 hours of flights, we were at the wrong hotel for the keys the property management company put in the lock box for us. Upon several calls to the emergency line for the property management company, we were instructed to head to a different address, the...

"We loved our 5 night stay. Host Rachel was lovely and helpful, the unit was immaculately presented and we had everything we needed. Handy to Royal Pines Conference venue. Recommended."

"The unit itself was in good condition and was in a nice enough location, however the building was old, dirty and not well maintained. Taking this into consideration, it was very overpriced compared to what was available nearby."
