"Fully renovated just as described on the listing. Super clean and very organized. We were able to bring our boat and keep it in the water behind the house. This place is so cute and cumfy. "Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. Everything worked as advertised, we had no trouble connecting to wifi or the NFL playoff games when we arrived. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!"

And, we had demolition next door with loud construction equipment and the smell of diesel exhaust. Considering the cost, we were quite disappointed. "Seamless transaction. Easy check-in. Exceptional communication with property owner/manager. All the amenities to feel right at home. Very, very quiet and safe neighborhood. While this area has been ravaged by 2 hurricanes in recent years, it’s slowly being put back together. Area homes are still in disrepair, but this property is perfect! The sunsets from the waterfront cottage are heavenly! Will stay here again. "
