"The property turned out to be just as showed in the pictures. We found it clean with supplies, even though the list indicated that there will none (or very few). The location was perfect. Minutes walk from Herring Pond, 5 minutes drive (or walk) to First Encounter, and close to Orleans and Eastham. We will try to return next year!"

"The house is spacious, particularly in the common areas. Appliances and HVAC in bedrooms (old wall units) functioned but could stand upgrade. Upon arrival we had to call about loose arm on storm store about eye level for kids; was repaired following AM. Dishwasher leaked on first use; property mechanic identified problem with gasket, which “held” for balance of week. Minor bug issues (ants, spiders) but not unexpected for Cape. "This house was super clean and comfortable. The sun room was terrific place for our group to hang out it, it has fabulous air flow with the windows open. Genevieve was VERY responsive and proactive. Would stay here again!"
