North East Marina, is located 3 miles, and offers a public boat ramp for smaller boats and jet skis. This 4 Bedroom Lakefront Home offers many amenities with First Floor Bedroom (Queen Bed) and Full Bath/Shower, Spacious Bathrooms Three Upstairs Bedrooms (Lakefront Views) two of the bedrooms offer 2 Queen Beds and the third Bedroom offers two twin beds. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning units. The Kitchen and Dining room is open and spacious. Dining room table and has a Lakefront View. There are two living rooms offering Lakefront views and sunsets. The living room has a stone fireplace that is natural gas to make any night feel cozy.
The Lakefront dining room you will find to be an inviting area not only to eat but to listen to the waves. The multi-tiered Deck offers comfortable Deck furniture. The Deck furniture has cushions and includes outside dining, and a couch, love seat and umbrella for the table. The Outdoor Gas Grill is located on the front deck facing the Lake. Enjoy sitting on the deck in the evening and watching breathtaking sunsets. The property has a garage and there is parking for two cars.

There is NO Off street parking. Unfortunately, NO Trailers or Motor homes are permitted due to the parking area of the property. Arrangements can be made in advance to park Boats or Jet Ski's at an off site location. There are 8 Steps from the Garage up to the house. Full size laundry room with electric Washer and Dryer onsite. Non- Smoking only. Unfortunately, this Property is Not Handicap accessible- due to the terrain of the property on a private lane with 8 steps from Garage to the house.

Must be at least 28 years old to enter into a rental agreement and the person entering into rental agreement must be present during the course of the term of the rental agreement. Proof of Identification is required. There were two dogs that were in the property in the event of any allergies. LakeView-Lakefront from most views from the inside of the house.
