"The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children."

"Enjoyed our stay at Rocklands. Fabulous view of beach and cliffs. Very central and wonderful having reserved parking space. Would particularly suit surfers though we weren't ourselves. Pizza Express below was good. Slightly annoying having an Indian restaurant next door. "

"Great place for 4 to stay in Cornwall. Kitchen is well-equipped and clean, beds are as advertised. The villlage is this nice little place around a huge sandy beach, which you can reach by foot from anywhere in the village. All in all, we really liked this place. "

It made for a perfect start to every day. The property was immaculately clean and well located. The designated parking spot was a real plus and made arrival and departure a breeze in a town of notoriously tight streets. Having the basics (toilet paper, soap, and coffee and milk!) already there made for an easy start to our stay. ...

"Lovely place, very clean and tucked away. Definitely would recommend! Did struggle getting my car onto the drive as theres a bit of a bump up the ramp. So if u got a low/long vehicle its something to be aware of"
