Nestled in a central location, our dreamy ski house offers easy access to the slopes and all the amenities you could desire. Step onto the expansive deck and breathe in the crisp mountain air as you fire up the grill for a barbecue feast, or sink into the bubbling bliss of the hot tub, letting your worries melt away under the starlit sky.

Inside, cozy up by the crackling indoor fireplace in the spacious living area, where plush furnishings and rustic charm create the perfect ambiance for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen beckons aspiring chefs to whip up hearty meals, while the open layout ensures everyone can gather and share in the joy of good food and company.

For entertainment, head to the games room and challenge each other to friendly competitions, or gather around the fire pit outside for marshmallow roasting and storytelling late into the night. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, there`s ample space for the whole family to spread out and find their own slice of paradise.

Guests have use of the whole property.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. Please don`t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions during your stay or if there is anything we can do to make your vacation more comfortable or enjoyable.

Please removed shoes and ski equipment before entering the home.
The yard is NOT fenced in and our team will check for dog mess in the yard between rentals - please clean up after your furry friend.
Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided during that time free of charge.
Hot tub is available year round.
Please do not put more than three logs on to the fire in the outdoor fire pit - the fire should not be too big.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

The hot tub is professionally maintained and is treated and tested before and after each reservation.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
The first hour for early check-in request is complimentary (subject to availability), but any additional hours will be charged at that rate.
Please take shoes off at the door - the sand (in the summer) and salt (in the winter) is very bad for the flooring.
Absolutely no smoking inside the property.
We love fur babies but expect you to clean up after them and report any damage before departure (if any).
Please be respectful of our neighbors - especially between 10pm and 8am - we have a great relationship with them and would like to keep it that way.
