This townhouse is a part of an association in one of the most sought after areas in the White Mountain Valley. Just a 2 minute drive in to the village of North Conway, 1 min to the Saco river and Echo Lake and sandwiched in the middle of the areas best two ski resorts - Attitash (10min) and Cranmore (5min). One of the best restaurants (and a favorite of locals) is within walking distance from your home away from home.

One of the most convenient location in the valley with everything you need to enjoy your stay within a 10 min radius of your vacation spot.

This home is geared towards families or mature/responsible couples sharing.
Absolutely no parties, smoking or pets.
There is a ring camera at the entrance and also noise monitoring software on the premises.
There is a permanent resident who lives next door and quiet times need to be respected between 10pm and 8am.
Parking for 2 cars only.

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if cigarette butts are found in the yard.

Cooling: One window unit on the first floor and another on the second floor—provided from May 1st through September 30th.


The top bunk is for children only.
