"Communication (and directions) from the host was good. The location was remote and near good walking trails, yet also a short drive to services in town. Night sky was great. Be aware that the dirt access road is very rocky with deep ditches and may scrape low clearance cars. This rental is overpriced for the condition it is in. The cottage building itself is in significant disrepair. The “clean” dishes were dirty. It was also filled with stuff inside, barely room to put a dog bed down...

"The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. I ran the water for at least 10 to 15 min trying to get it hot but to the best I could get was lukewarm. Interesting the kitchen sink put out...

"This property was adequate for our stay. The location to Grand Canyon is fairly good although next time, I will stay in a hotel in the park or in Tusayon. The tiny home is really tiny-as advertised-and did not leave much room for sitting and/or eating. Overall, the cabin was clean, although the linens were very low quality (think hospital sheets) and did have some staining (not new stains but maybe a remnant from commercially laundering.) We were 4 guests and only received 3 hand towels and 3...

"Adorable, rustic tiny home. Loved the location and the charm of the place. My only complaint (and it’s hardly a complaint) is that my partner and I are both over 6 ft tall and the bed didn’t quite fit us, especially with the a frame overhang. Otherwise, everything was great. Very clean. "
