"Good location with a great view from the deck. However, we experienced property management oversight with this rental, such as sink erator/disposal not working, unclean iced up freezer, and the kitchen not stocked-up with essentials, especially if you’d like to cook. The shower/bath tub was clogged (not properly draining), and lacking privacy in the bathroom (no window covering) from the neighbors property.We’ve shared these issues to the host with hopes this brings to his attention, and would...

"Really comfortable home with well equipped kitchen, relaxing living room, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The yard was perfect for our pet. "

"Residence was fantastic. Great garage parking with utility sink. Location is in a quiet neighborhood of Flagstaff, right off of Route 66. Very easy to access the town yet get away from it. "

"Everything was perfect for our purposes. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the balcony was very comforting. The only issue would be that we had to go buy toilet paper (Saturday afternoon) and garbage bags because there wasn't enough for our stay. We listed 8 people, but only 5 were able to show for the stay, it was surprising that we ran out of toilet paper in less than 24 hours. Other than that, the place was great and we would stay there again if the occasion arose....
