Welcome to The Treehouse, a newly remodeled studio retreat thoughtfully reimagined in early 2025. With more than 12 years of Airbnb hosting experience, I’ve designed this space with personal touches, unique art, and thoughtful amenities to create a peaceful and comfortable home base for exploring Northern Arizona.

This spacious 600 sq. ft. guest studio offers beautiful mountain and forest views, a quiet setting, and plenty of room to relax after a day of adventure.

🛋 Relax & Unwind

Inside the studio you`ll find two comfortable sitting areas:

• One with a sofa and large TV for movies and streaming
• Another with a cozy chair and reading light for relaxing with a book

Each seating area includes a small table that works well for dining, reading, or remote work.

Fast high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the space, and an Ethernet connection is also available for guests who prefer a wired internet connection.

The Treehouse kitchen is designed for guests who enjoy cooking and quality equipment.

• Double induction cooktop
• Dishwasher

• Deep stainless steel sink with professional-style faucet
• Butcher block prep counter that also works well as a workspace

You`ll also find high-quality cookware, utensils, spices, and complete tableware.

Fresh beans are provided so you can start your morning right.

🛏 Comfortable Sleeping Space

The sleeping area features a queen-size bed with built-in storage drawers and shelving in the headboard, plus convenient outlets and reading lights on both sides.

Blackout shades help ensure a restful night`s sleep for guests who enjoy sleeping in.

The bathroom includes:

• Tiled shower
• Pedestal sink
• Storage shelf
• Pocket door for privacy

Enjoy entertainment on the large HD Smart TV, with access to Prime Video and Netflix or the option to log in to your own streaming services.

🌿 Outdoor Space

Step through the side door onto the back deck where you’ll find a small private yard.

A dog door allows pets to enjoy the outdoor space as well.

If I’m around, you`re welcome to join me on the back patio for coffee or conversation, or occasionally share a meal prepared in my kitchen. If I’m not available, the deck is yours to relax with seating and a BBQ available for your use.

🚗 Parking & EV Charging

The Treehouse is ground-level, making it easy to access without stairs.

Parking is conveniently located just outside the front door or on the street.

Guests also have access to free EV charging using a 220V RV outlet (please bring your own charging cable).

🌤 Other Things to Note

To help ensure a comfortable and safe stay, please be aware of a few local considerations.

Northern Arizona sits at high elevation and weather can change quickly. Winter storms are possible and summer temperatures can vary between day and night. Wildlife is common in the area, and occasional road noise from the nearby interstate may be heard.

Guests traveling in winter months should be prepared for snow and possible winter driving conditions.
• Check-in time is 4PM.

You are sharing a private property. Please be aware of this when you are entering and exiting the property. No Smoking inside the unit and please dispose of waste properly. No excessive noise, No extra guests overnight. You must leave clean up after yourself and not leave any obvious mess.

We do allow some some dogs, please contact for approval before booking. There is a $30 pet fee added to your reservation.
***Pet Addendum:
Dogs are not to be left alone in the apartment house or deck while you are gone.
If there is excessive barking, aggressive behavior or unapproved animals you and your party will asked to leave the rental.
Only bring dogs that are friendly with people and other dogs, House broken, no barkers or biters and always pick up after your pet. Also we do not allow cats.
