"Hotel needs maintenance"

"It is awesome for a weekend getaway. Everything was wonderful."

"Pleaseeeeeeee do not book if you do not want hideen fees to be charged at the end of your stay. I book through expedia en even though they did not mention these “fees” the property still charged me. Expedia did an excellent job trying to fix this for me and refund the money since it was a mistake by them and the property said NO. Even though expedia apologized and clarified the property still decided to keep my money, money of a consumer that had not fault in this. I still ended up affected by...

"We didn’t even stay .. pulled in parking lot : looked nothing like advertised!! Was run down : outside dirty : area was run down with a food truck parked in vacant lot next to hotel . We didn’t even venture toward our room .. scared . We made other arrangements"

"I was very disappointed, , the shower curtain was about to fall off, the air conditioner on the patio leaked all over it was rusty looking, and it was leaking down onto client cars, , bugs up in the light above bed, couldn’t shut the sliding glass door for it was super hard, I know it’s not their fault, but the beach stunk so bad you couldn’t get in the water, you had to go to a different beach… we made the best of it , we will not go back to that hotel. The restaurant/bar staff. AWESOME....

"Wifi does not work most of the time. No staff on sight. Would not stay here again"

"Perfect location, pleasant atmosphere, excellent service!"

"Excelente, local agradavel com ótima estrututa"

"Charming with lovely decorated rooms . Tropical plants all around it . Has swimming pool nestled in the tropical landscape . Quiet . Restaurant a bit expensive everything a-lactate."

"Perfeito! Hotel lindo, novo, quarto confortável e café da manhã excelente. "
