"I loved my stay here. It was only one night, but I will absolutely stay there again if I’m in the area. The room was basic, but cute and incredibly clean. I honestly think this was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom as well, and there is almost always something icky in any hotel bathroom. The bed? Oh my gosh - SO comfortable. "The room was disgusting. The TV did not work and when I told the worker he just said there was nothing he could do. The complimentary breakfast was cereal and coffee and a couple packs of old muffins. Worst stay I have ever had."

"I got to the property very run down clutter all over the outside . Roof falling off out front . There was no one at the desk to check me in when I arrived around 11:30 pm . I walked out and never even stayed because there was nobody to check me in. Expedia needs to do a better job at monitoring the buildings they promote for people to stay in. A waste of money ."

"Stayed here for two different days on a there and back road trip to Chicago. Clean rooms. Nice room layout. "Award-winning breakfast" is a stretch. Don't get your hopes up. And, while it's not the hotel's fault, the surrounding roadways are a nightmare. There are some potholes that could destroy your car if you're not careful. Assume this is due to the dead/dying mall next door. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, just be careful driving."

"First room got smell like a ashtray an smoke got moved to another room the couch had a big noticeable dark stain on the seat pillows looked old they were brown mattress had dark stains on them duvet cover had a bunch of brown stains on them sheets have brown stains floor was not vacuumed thoroughly there was Crumbs from the previous guess we had to buy a candle to make the room smell decent you get what you pay."

"The room was in need of a very good deep cleaning. There were spots on the wall and around the light fixtures that we could only hope were coffee or some other type of brown food. The baseboards were coated in dust and dirt. The sheets were a dingy yellowish color that I was reluctant to lay on, and the bedspread was extremely stiff and scratchy. This was definitely a disappointment given the reviews that we had read online for this location. We would never book there again nor recommend it to...
