"Cleanliness"

"This was our fourth stay. We enjoyed the beautiful fall scenery and opportunity to recharge our batteries in an authentic, step back in time farmhouse. The home is super clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the extra blankets were super comfy as the evening wore on. After a few days of back-to-back travel, we put the laundry room to very good use and prepared meals in the spacious kitchen. "It was a cute cottage on the lake although not extremely clean and very cold . Hot water only lasts about 5ish minutes. Besides that excellent stay and made me consider moving upstate ."

We felt at home at this location. The host is very attentive to your needs. I would recommend this house over a hotel in this area. "The house itself is beautiful and matched the pictures shown on Hotels.com, but it definitely needs more attention to cleanliness. Pictures are enhanced to looking bright. The size is impressive 6 bedrooms with 2 kings and 4 queens which worked well for my family (2 small child and 2 young adults, each able to have their own bed). The bathrooms were clean, but the rest of the house could really use a deep cleaning, and the kitchen needs a new set of dishes to replace the broken ones. Luckily, I...
